Miso Salad Dressing Recipe

A dressing recipe adapted from 101cookbooks.com .

This dressing is delicious!

2 tablespoons miso
1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon pure toasted sesame oil (optional)

mix and enjoy!
please note that if you use coconut oil and store the leftovers in the frig you must liquify again (over 78°) before serving. After mixing I put it in a bottle so I could shake it up.

As for the salad I used julienned romaine lettuce, carrots and purple cabbage & minced red onion and sliced celery
