The omega 3 & 6-rich seeds added to each of these nut butters improves their already dense nutritional profile. The added hemp, chia and flax seeds together add soluble and insoluble fiber, antioxidants, protein, calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, and vitamins A, B, D, and E to the nutritious nut and seed butter bases.
