Supply notes
Apples: The season is off to a slow start. More varieties, including Fuji and Granny Smith, will be available by mid-September.
Greens: As the weather cools down, locally grown kale and lettuce from New York and Pennsylvania will be in better supply.
Lemons: Pricing will remain high until late September.
