Tempeh Curry Salad :
- 2lbs tempeh cubed
- 12oz soy mayo (Veganaise)
- 2-3 ribs of celery diced
- 2-3 carrots diced
- 1/2 onion (medium size) minced
- 1/2 cup (or more to taste) raisins
- 1 apple cored, peeled, diced
- 3 TB curry powder
- 1/2 TB Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients
Bulk tempeh can be found in our back fridge (pictured above), and we have all other ingredients in store at almost all times. Enjoy!
