Tempeh Curry Salad

Tempeh Curry Salad :

  • 2lbs tempeh cubed
  • 12oz soy mayo (Veganaise)
  • 2-3 ribs of celery diced
  • 2-3 carrots diced
  • 1/2 onion (medium size) minced
  • 1/2 cup (or more to taste) raisins
  • 1 apple cored, peeled, diced
  • 3 TB curry powder
  • 1/2 TB Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients


Bulk tempeh can be found in our back fridge (pictured above), and we have all other ingredients in store at almost all times. Enjoy!
